Felicia Best is the School Director at Northview Christian School, where she supports both teachers and school families. With a background in elementary education and a deep love for teaching, Felicia joined Northview while raising her own three kids—Ben, Elena, and Samuel—and homeschooling. Formerly a Kindergarten teacher, she stepped into her current role to pour into the teaching staff so they can focus on what they do best with each classroom family. Felicia’s husband, Matthew, is a local firefighter, and together they enjoy family game nights and tackling the garden each spring. If she could travel anywhere, she’d love to explore Africa, connecting with its cultures and working with young children.
