CARE Ministry

Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. - Galatians 6:2

Northview CARE Ministry exists to provide Christ-centered support for our church family and community during times of need. Through compassionate outreach, we strive to be the hands and feet of Jesus to those who are hurting, struggling, or isolated.

  • Restorative Soul Care

  • Benevolence Resources

  • Trauma Healing for Everyone

  • Visitation Ministry

If you or someone you know is experiencing a difficult season, we encourage you to reach out. The first step is often to share your need with your Life Group leader, who can help connect you with the appropriate CARE Ministry resources. Alternatively, you can contact our church office directly at 509-466-1770 or email office@northviewbible.church. No one should walk through challenging times alone—our Northview family is here to support, encourage, and pray with you on your journey.

Healing from Trauma, Discovering Hope

Trauma Healing for Everyone

REBOOT Recovery is a trauma healing program we offer annually for those struggling with the aftermath of painful life experiences. This faith-based course provides practical tools and spiritual insights to help participants process trauma, overcome negative patterns, and rebuild a hopeful future.

Over the course of several weeks, participants will:

  • Learn trauma-informed coping strategies

  • Connect with others on similar healing journeys

  • Explore how faith intersects with recovery

  • Develop personal resilience tools

  • Experience God's healing presence in safe community

Whether you're dealing with military service trauma, first responder stress, abuse, loss, or other painful experiences, REBOOT provides a supportive environment to find genuine healing.

Visitation Ministry

Bringing community and friendship to the Homebound

Our Visitation Ministry ensures that no member of our church family feels forgotten when unable to attend services due to illness, recovery, or mobility limitations. Our dedicated volunteers provide:

  • Home visitation

  • Hospital and care facility visits

  • Prayer and communion

  • Cards and encouragement

  • Practical assistance as needed

The gift of presence means everything to those who cannot physically join our worship gatherings. Your time spent in visitation reminds our brothers and sisters that they remain valued members of our church family.
