Norm became Lead Pastor in June of 2009. He brought with him over 15 years of ministry experience from Yacolt Evangelical Free Church. He holds a Masters of Theology in Pastoral Leadership, Th.M from Dallas Theological Seminary. Pastor Norm is married to Erin, his sweetheart for over 25 years. Together they have four children: Nathaniel (Mariah), Noah, Mark (Elsie) and Olivia. His interests are fly-fishing, woodworking, tennis, backpacking and his 1965 Mustang convertible restoration.
Josh joined the Northview Staff in April 2018. He is a Texas native and has a bachelor's degree in Theology and Christian Ministry from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. He is excited he can combine his passions for music and pastoral leadership. In his free time he enjoys reading, making coffee, listening to music and enjoying the company of friends.
David joined the Northview staff in June of 2011. He holds a Masters of Theology in Pastoral Ministries from Dallas Theological Seminary. David and his wife, Andrea, have four children, Emma, Abigail, Joshua and Ian. His interests include camping, hiking, almost any sports activity, and spending time with friends and family.
Alton joined Northview staff in 2013. He graduated with a BA in Advanced Biblical Studies from Calvary University and came to us from Wisconsin where he served as Youth Pastor. He is married to his wife, Valerie, and they have three children, Tessa, Lyla and Beckett. His interests include sports, hiking, kayaking and Kentucky basketball.
Donna joined the Northview Staff in January 2018. She and her husband, Chris, traveled and lived in many places throughout his 20-year Army career. These moves afforded Donna lots of opportunities to serve the Lord, at the different churches they attended, therefore obtaining lots of wonderful experiences she is excited about sharing here at Northview. She also has a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Psychology, Health and Physical Education with a Communications minor from Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon. She has a great passion to come alongside parents to help them train their children to know the truths of Christ. She absolutely loves children of all ages, and delights in helping them know Jesus. She adores spending time with her family and friends, as well as getting to do art whenever she can. Donna & Chris have 4 children: Daniel, Molly, Abadit and Zayden.
Theresa joined the Northview Staff in July 2017. She and her husband, Mark both grew up in southern California and moved to Spokane in 2006. They have 4 children, Max (Tatiana), Michelle, Will and Sarah. Theresa earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences at the University of California, Irvine. Prior to joining the staff, Theresa volunteered in many different capacities, including the Stephen Ministry, and has a passion to encourage women one-on-one as
Shauna began attending Northview in 2000 and joined the staff as an Administrative Assistant in 2015. She has a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Biola University and previously worked as an Administrative Assistant at her church in Seattle and at the AIM mission headquarters in New York. She and her husband also served in overseas missions in Africa and have been married for 30 years. They have two grown children, Jewellyn and Keith.
Kathy has attended Northview for over 25 years and has been on staff since 2000. Her responsibilities include personnel, staff and church body support, graphic design and events. Kathy graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Christian Education from Prairie College in Alberta, Canada. She has been married to Jon, her high school sweetheart, for 43 years and has 3 children: Michelle (in heaven), Stephanie (Sam) and Dallas (Jessica). She has five precious grandchildren: Nicole, Riley, Carter, Corbin and Chase.
Leah grew up in the little town of Pacific, WA until she was 12 and then moved to Spokane. She is the 4th of 7 children in the family. Her husband, Alec, and she have been married for almost 2 years and welcomed their first little one, Callahan, into their family in March of 2019. In Leah’s spare time, she loves taking walks and refurbishing home décor and furniture. She has been at Northview for 6 years and loves the community and family here.
Lori has attended Northview since moving to Spokane in 2009. She attended Moody Bible Institute in Chicago and holds a degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations from East Tennessee State University. Along with her husband, Ken, she has served in full time vocational missions as well as volunteer in youth ministry. Lori and Ken have two children in college (Anna & Collin) and one in high school (Elise). In her free time, Lori enjoys date nights with Ken, watching her kids perform in theater and music and making pretty things.
Sue has been attending Northview since 1991. She served as Children’s Ministry Director from 1999 through 2017. Sue is single and has no children but over the 18 years in Children’s Ministry she had more children to love on that will last her a life time. She has her degree in accounting and has doing the bookkeeping for Northview since 2010.
Heidi grew up in Southern California. She has a business degree from Seattle Pacific University. Heidi and her husband, Jim, have been married for 30 years and have 4 children: Kristen (David), Natalie, Geoffrey and Devin. They have been at Northview for over 25 years; beginning to attend shortly after they moved to Spokane. Reading keeps her occupied all year, and listening to baseball games keeps her occupied from April to October.
Sally Davis co-directs the Northview Christian School. she has taught in the public school system for four years both in Kindergarten and the Head Start program. She graduated from San Jose State University with a BA in English and a minor in Early Childhood Education. She has taught preschool the better part of 30 years. She has been the Co-Director at Northview Christian School for 22 years.
Vicki Halpin also co-directs the Northview Christian School. she has been attending the Northview Bible Church for over 24 years. Vicki has been involved with AWANA, Middle School and High School students. She has been working at the school for the past 21 years.
