Workers in the Harvest – Matthew 9:35-38

When Jesus saw the crowds, He was compassionate because they were “harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.” He told His disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.” The need remains significant today.

Jesus calls us to pray for workers in the harvest field—and to be ready to step in ourselves. Every believer has a role in reaching others with the gospel, whether in our neighborhoods, workplaces or across the globe.
