Good morning, wonderful Breaker Rock Beach VBS Leaders!

Leader Devotional:

What a beautiful work our Lord did through each of you! We are so very thankful!

Today is all about initial cleanup and getting ready for our big Summer Sunday Fellowship tomorrow!

Even in cleanup, we reflect God's order and care. As we prepare for the celebration, remember the joy of sharing God's truth this week and anticipate future opportunities to connect with these families and see how God will continue to work in their lives.

Scripture for Reflection: Deuteronomy 10:12

"And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God ask of you but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in obedience to Him, to love Him, and to serve the Lord your God with all of your hearts and with all of your soul.”

Thought for the Day:

As we tackle cleanup and prep today, we get to serve our King with our hearts of obedience and love for our Lord. These efforts glorify Him and prepare the way for continued ministry.

Apologetic Connection:

The willing, wholehearted, and loving service demonstrated by VBS leaders—from teaching and leading to even cleaning up—provides a powerful witness to a skeptical world. This kind of devoted obedience isn't natural; it's a direct outflow of a transformed heart. The visible love, unity, and dedicated effort seen among believers, all stemming from a desire to obey and serve God with all their heart and soul, is a compelling piece of evidence. It shows the reality of a God who truly changes lives and inspires genuine, sacrificial love and service, moving beyond mere duty to true devotion.

Prayer Prompt:

Pray for renewed energy and joyful teamwork as you serve, viewing each action as an act of worship to the Lord. Pray that your obedience and love for God would be clearly evident to all. Ask God for a wonderful turnout for the Summer Sunday Fellowship tomorrow, and for Him to open doors for continued conversations with VBS families, deepening the seeds of truth planted in the children's hearts this week.

You have poured yourselves out for these kids all week, and it has made an eternal difference! Rest in that truth. Let's finish this week strong and look forward to celebrating God's work tomorrow, confident that our service truly delights Him.
